Arian Majko, MD

Arian Majko, MD, is board-certified in hematology, oncology, palliative care and internal medicine. He has previously worked as a bone marrow transplant hospitalist and as part of the general internal medicine faculty at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. Dr. Majko is a member of multiple professional societies, including the American College of Physicians, the Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Medical Association and the American Society of Hematology to name a few. About Me

I relocated to Jacksonville in 2023 after moving from Connecticut where I worked for one of the leading multispecialty groups. Being originally from Albania and living by its beautiful Riviera (Maldives of Europe as some might say), both me and my wife who is an infectious disease doctor, believe that Jacksonville suits us well. We are excited to have the opportunity to raise our son in this city.

My philosophy of care is to focus on treating people holistically, providing support and improving their quality of life. I find my prior training in palliative medicine very helpful in achieving those goals.

I enjoy participating in community awareness programs. I have volunteered my time and expertise in the past with organizations such as the Red Cross, and I look forward to participating in other programs that focus on cancer risk awareness.
