Diana Rivero, MSN, APRN, AGPCNP-BC, is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She has nearly 4 years of bedside nursing experience, serving as charge nurse and preceptor in addition to her primary nurse role. She has a passion for the care of older adults and a focus on wellness and disease prevention. Her areas of expertise include:

About Me

I am excited to call Jacksonville my new home and eager to see all that this city has to offer. I grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia and attended nursing school in Pittsburgh. I enjoy outdoor activities, such as biking, hiking, kayaking, and spending time at the beach with my family and friends.

As a nurse practitioner, my philosophy of care is rooted in the principles of the nursing model, which is holistic, person-centered care. With the gentle heart and hands of a nurse, I believe in listening to and advocating for my patients. I enjoy getting to know my patients so that I may help them achieve their individual goals and maintain their ideal quality of life.
