About Me
I was born in Wichita, Kansas, but have spent the majority of my life in Florida. My hobbies include: working out, going to the beach, hanging out with friends, breathwork and yoga, and spending time with family. I grew up playing softball, so I enjoy anything active or outdoors.
I aspire to instill trust, growth, and self-love in all my patients. I provide an individualized treatment method to meet the unique needs of each patient. I believe that everyone is capable of finding life's purpose and defining meaning.
I am a strong advocate for community involvement and social engagement. I enjoy attending monthly mental health groups, biweekly breathwork sessions, and weekly volunteer work, including beach cleanups and feeding the homeless.
