About Me

I am a Florida native, growing up in the Panhandle and settling here in Jacksonville. I am an avid nature-lover, birder, kayaker and fisherman. I also enjoy engaging in the arts, such as music trivia, painting or playing the guitar.

I take a collaborative and supportive approach, helping clients build practical skills, face fears gradually, and move toward lives guided by their values. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood, empowered and supported in making meaningful change.
