About Me

My family and I moved to Jacksonville in 2016 when my husband retired from the USAF. He and I both grew up in western North Carolina and have lived in many places together. We have two adult children, three Aussie "children" and one cat dog "child". I love being outside whether I am running, attempting to garden, swimming, or reading. My family and I live out loud unapologetically and there's never a dull moment.

My philosophy of care incorporates actively listening to my patients, collaboratively working to build a treatment plan for their needs, and holding space for their healing and growth.
