About Me
I was born at Baptist Downtown and have lived my entire life in Jacksonville, Florida. Being close to friends and family is very important to me, and I love spending time with my husband and baby. In our free time, we enjoy attending Jaguars games, bringing our dog to the Riverside Arts Market and traveling together.
My philosophy of care is rooted in compassion, authenticity and respect. I believe every person has inherent worth and the capacity for growth. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard and empowered to move toward healing at their own pace.
