About Me

I joined Baptist Health after completing my residency in Michigan in 1989 and have made Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville my primary facility to work with ever since. My training allows me to care for the entire family and I now have the blessing to care for a second generation of patients. I concentrate on adult medicine with complex medical issues and the elderly.

I am married and have four wonderful kids, who I enjoy spending time with. Originally from Cuba, I am fluent in Spanish and sensitive to the cultural needs that frequently arise during health issues.
