Robert Meade, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician who treats patients ages 12 and up. He has over three decades of experience as a practicing physician and has extensive expertise in urgent care and hospice medicine. He thoroughly enjoys getting to know his patients as individuals and prioritizes providing care that helps develop long-term relationships with his patients and their families. About Me

My family and I have lived in the Jacksonville area for many years. Most of my time was involved in kid activities with my 6 children. We enjoy beach activities and mountain travel trips to North Carolina.

I worked for Baptist Health previously in the emergency department. Physician colleagues of mine who were in the Baptist system got me involved. I enjoyed every minute of the experience. I especially love interacting with the specialists and working collectively to get patients better.
