Jason Oum, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician and a Jacksonville native who always wanted to give back to his beloved community. Dr. Oum has expertise in both inpatient and outpatient settings, and he enjoys managing a variety of patient concerns, especially routine preventative care. About Me

I was born and raised in Jacksonville and absolutely love this community. I enjoy staying physically active whether it's in the gym, running on the beach or cheering on the Jaguars in the Bank.

My philosophy of care is to listen to my patients and involve their opinions in their treatment to better ensure every patient feels that they are a part of their care. I feel that educating patients about their care provides them with a better understanding of how we improve their health with every visit.
