Kevin Tomany, MD, FAAOS, is a fellowship-trained, board-certified orthopedic hand surgeon who treats patients ages 10 and up. With more than 30 years of experience, Dr. Tomany is committed to providing thoughtful, personalized care and continues to explore innovative treatment options to improve outcomes for his patients. He believes effective care begins with listening to his patients and understanding their individual lifestyles, concerns and goals. Dr. Tomany takes a personalized approach to treatment, developing care plans that fit each patient’s unique circumstances and needs.

About Me

After raising our family in Massachusetts, my wife and I have decided to relocate to the Jacksonville area. We enjoy spending time with our dogs and taking walks on the beach.

I listen to my patients because I believe that the treatment should always incorporate the lifestyles and concerns of each patient. The plan of care has to accommodate each patient's individual life scenario.

For the last 20 years, I have operated with HandHelp Inc. to provide free surgical care in third world countries. I have also participated in our local hospital CancerWalk as a donor and a walker since its inaugural walk in 1998.
