Sebastian Mikulic, DO

Sebastian Mikulic, DO, is a board-certified pulmonologist and Jacksonville native who treats patients ages 18 and up. He completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Florida College of Medicine in Jacksonville before pursuing a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville. Dr. Mikulic provides comprehensive care for patients with a wide range of pulmonary conditions, including COPD, asthma, lung nodules, interstitial lung disease, sarcoidosis, pulmonary hypertension, chronic cough and bronchiectasis. He also performs advanced diagnostic bronchoscopies in both outpatient and hospital settings. Known for his compassionate and collaborative approach, Dr. Mikulic believes in listening carefully to patients and their families, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care. He is passionate about helping patients improve their lung health, enhance their quality of life and achieve the best possible outcomes.

About Me

Outside of medicine, Dr. Mikulic enjoys spending time with his wife and children and exploring the outdoors through walking, hiking and visits to the beach. He is excited to serve the Amelia Island community and looks forward to raising his family there while giving back through compassionate, patient-centered care.
