Depending on the individual’s needs, therapy may involve elements of skill development, emotional release, acceptance, gaining clarity and understanding, forgiveness, developing a healthier perception of self and others, and identifying resources.

Originally from New York, I have also lived in South Florida and moved to Jacksonville in 1996. For recreation my wife and I enjoy nature, hiking, camping and photography.
