About Me
After working as an elementary and middle school science teacher for five years, I pursued a career as a psychologist because I enjoy helping people find ways to live healthier, more productive lives. My philosophy of care focuses on initially establishing a strong therapeutic relationship which balances support with challenge. Over the course of treatment, I explore the problem, facilitate insight, and identify behavioral changes which promote wellness.
