About Me

I grew up in Jacksonville, Florida, and after graduating from high school, I moved to Tallahassee to pursue my undergraduate and master’s degrees. It was during my time in Tallahassee that I met my husband. After completing PA school, we were excited to return to Jacksonville and be closer to our family, and we have truly enjoyed putting down roots in the community we call home.

Outside of work, we enjoy spending time outdoors, especially taking walks with our golden retriever and spending days at the beach with friends. We also love exploring Jacksonville’s growing food and coffee scene and trying new local restaurants and coffee shops. Our faith and involvement in our local church are also an important part of our lives and our connection to the Jacksonville community.

My philosophy of care is centered on the patient and their individual needs. Primary care holds a unique and important role in healthcare, as it is often the first point of contact for patients seeking care and serves as a foundation for their long-term health. I strive to provide compassionate, evidence-based and high-quality care while building trusting relationships with my patients. My goal is to support each patient’s overall well-being by addressing not only their physical health, but also their mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.
