About Me

I was born and raised on Long Island prior to moving to Tampa, and then here to Jacksonville, which I am happy to call my home. I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, exercising, and spending time in the Florida sunshine.

My philosophy of care is to be part of my patients’ team by listening to their concerns and improving their overall health. I encourage my patients to try lifestyle changes before resorting to prescription medications to empower them to become the healthiest version of themselves.
