About Me
While I have called Northeast Florida "home" for nearly 20 years, the mountains of North Georgia have a special place in my heart. I enjoy live music of any kind and my favorite part of the week is weekend walks to the coffee shop with my husband, baby and pup.
My philosophy of care is simple...life is not one-size-fits-all so therapy should not be either. I believe that we are all doing the best we can with the tools we have, but sometimes, those tools fail. It is my goal to help my patients unlearn the tools that are no longer serving them and relearn some new tools so they can create a life worth living.
