About Me

I was born and raised in Jacksonville and my involvement in the treatment and assessment of childhood abuse victims led to administrative roles as a director with community mental health agencies. I have pursued specialized training in the cognitive behavioral model of mental health and I meet Florida’s requirements as a Qualified Parenting Coordinator.

Clinically, I strive to incorporate a solution-based approach that emphasizes mindfulness and practical skills for developing healthy states of mind, including therapies aimed at healing, the realization of inner tranquility, and healthy connection with others.
