About Me
I grew up in the Atlanta area and have been in Jacksonville since 2014. My two kids and I love to be outdoors, going on bike rides or hanging out at the beach or pool enjoying the sunshine.
My philosophy of care centers around being a support for others during difficult times. I love motivating patients to achieve their mental health goals and improve their daily lives. A goal of mine is to empower patients and teach them the skills they need to maintain their sense of well-being.
