About Me

I have resided in Northeast Florida since 2009 when I moved here from upstate NY. My husband, our four children, and I enjoy being outside, especially when the weather is cooler. We enjoy fishing, camping, and walking nature trails. My mantra is to be grounded in the present and enjoy life in simple moments.

I grew up in an environment where family was the most important facet of life. I love working alongside clients who are adjusting to changing family dynamics and navigating how to be the best new version of themselves possible. I believe with enough support and encouragement anyone can thrive in their roles in life.
