Payal Patel, MD, developed a love for medicine in her teens when she began helping care of her grandfather, who had multiple health issues. Since then, she has maintained her passion for caring for others. She loves taking care of acutely ill patients in the hospital setting and also enjoys providing preventive and routine medical care for our community seniors. Her areas of expertise include:

About Me

My family and I moved to the Jacksonville area in 2015 from South Carolina and have loved it here since then. We enjoy hiking, fishing, and going on bike rides together.

My philosophy of care is to make sure that I have connected with patients and their families in a meaningful way in order for us to establish a care plan that makes the most sense for the patient.

I enjoy giving back to the community, and my family and I like to volunteer at the Salvation Army to help those who are less fortunate.
