About Me
As a Jacksonville native, I love living in Florida's First Coast! During my medical education and my military career, I had the opportunity to live all over Florida, but Jacksonville has always been home. My husband, children, and I enjoy everything outdoors. You might catch us running with a jogging stroller, biking, or on the water with a fishing pole. We also spend lots of time watching our boys play baseball at the ball field.
I was called to the profession of medicine because of my heart for service and dedication to lifelong learning. I love primary care because my passion is caring for each individual as a whole person. I strive to educate my patients on their own healthcare and empower them to live their healthiest lives!
I am a recipient of the Air Force Health Professions Scholarship and spent 4 years as an active duty physician, stationed at MacDill AFB. My prior military service instilled in me a great affinity for taking care of veterans and their families.
