About Me

I am originally from Jacksonville, and I am excited to serve and give back to the community that I grew up in. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and doing volunteer work.

To me, developing caring and trusting relationships with my patients is essential to providing them with the best care possible. My philosophy of care centers on listening to patients, getting to know them as people, and incorporating their values and perspectives into their care. I am passionate about preventative care, and I believe in educating and empowering patients to take an active role in their health care decisions.

While in medical school, I served as a clinical volunteer at community health fairs in Tampa and at a student-run free clinic. As an undergraduate student, I spent a summer in Vietnam helping to build homes, renovate schools and teach English to children in two rural communities.
