Justin Stark, DO

Justin Stark, DO, started his medical career as a Navy Corpsman in 1996 and has worked in various capacities in the medical field ever since. He previously worked as a Fleet Marine Force Corpsman, a Medical Assistant, an Emergency Medical Technician, a Licensed Practical Nurse, and a Laboratory Technician prior to becoming an Osteopathic Physician in 2012. He received his board certification in Internal Medicine in 2015 and has been working as an internist ever since. He has enjoyed working in the inpatient and outpatient settings, at military and civilian hospitals in Virginia, Georgia, Florida, and overseas locations. His 27-year military career has provided him with immeasurable experience, which he uses on a daily basis to care for the most challenging and complex patients. His areas of expertise include:

About Me

I came from very humble origins, and am a California native, who moved to Jacksonville in 2015. I joined the US Navy in 1996, and have traveled around the world during my 27-year military career. My wife and I have been married for 24 years, and our daughter and son are both pursuing their interests at local colleges.

My philosophy of medicine is to do the best I can, on a daily basis, to help my patients to achieve the best health that they can. This includes preventing disease where possible, treating disease with evidence-based medicine, and providing compassion for all under my care.

My interests include scuba diving, attending various concerts, musicals, and plays in the local area, going to the movies (Star Wars is my favorite fandom), gardening, and of course, visiting Universal Studios and Disneyworld with my family!
