About Me

I immigrated with my family from Peru when I was young, and we lived in Los Angeles for many years. I am happy to now be part of the Jacksonville community. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing with my dog, and relaxing at the beach.

My philosophy of care is to get to know my patients to provide them with the latest evidence-based care while keeping in mind that everyone has their own story. As a hospitalist, my commitment is to go beyond helping my patients get better and return home; my goal is to empower them to stay healthy, so they can enjoy more time with their family and loved ones.
