About Me

I completed my medical training in the UK before moving to Florida to pursue residency at Mayo Clinic. After thoroughly enjoying the area and the local community, I’m very glad to stay and continue practicing here. In my free time, I love spending time with my family and exploring the local area.

My philosophy of care is to truly get to know who my patients are, what matters most to them, and what their individual health goals look like so I can help them achieve those goals. I practice evidence-based preventive medicine and chronic disease management with a strong focus on lifestyle medicine and whole-person care. I believe the best care happens in a trusting, non-judgmental partnership where patients feel empowered to ask questions and take an active role in their health.
