About Me

I recently moved back to the First Coast from Hawaii, where I was part of a large group practice with extensive cross over between primary and urgent care. In my spare time I enjoy surfing, diving, fishing and living outdoors with my family.

I enjoy treating patients with a mind, body and spirit philosophy, meaning I’m not quick to prescribe medications, lab work or imaging. I enjoy finding the root cause of symptoms and concerns, and I ask my patients to take an active part in their health care.

During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, I volunteered at a medical center in Hawaii as part of the inpatient surge team.
