Lynsey K. Schlotzer, MD, is a family physician with over a decade of experience who specializes in treating musculoskeletal injuries and preventative medicine. About Me

As a wife and mother of three children, we make it a point to spend our free time outdoors. To stay healthy, I play outside with my children and enjoy wakeboarding, running and lifting weights. I also try to swing a tennis racket from time to time, which is my favorite sport to play.

I practice evidence-based medicine while collaborating with patients to determine what care plans work best for them. I strive to empower my patients to become engaged in their own health maintenance and to be involved in the decision-making process that impacts their care. Honoring patients' choices, beliefs and perceptions is essential. My job is to educate, but also have an understanding and respect for a patient's values. I strongly believe in behavior modification and non-pharmacologic therapies as initial treatments whenever appropriate.

I am passionate about caring for this amazing community and look forward to building long-lasting relationships with my patients.
