Julianni Zaiden, MD, FAAFP, is a board-certified family physician and fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians who has been in practice for nearly 15 years. Dr. Zaiden comes from a culturally diverse background and is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish fluently. As a family physician, Dr. Zaiden believes in a team-based approach, where she partners with her patients to ensure they play an active role in their healthcare. About Me

I come from a culturally diverse background having been born in Belize City, Belize, Central America. As such, I speak both English and Spanish fluently. Outside of work, I enjoy running, reading fiction and spending time with my husband and our 2 daughters. Living in Jacksonville, we particularly enjoy hiking and the beach.

As a family physician, I believe a team-based approach works best. Patients need to actively participate in their health care. Preventive care is my passion. In my professional opinion, healthy lifestyle habits are very important in both prevention and management of chronic illness.

I volunteer at my children's school several times a year which allows me to be present in their lives and to give back to our community.
