Jehan Shah, MD

Jehan Shah, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician who treats patients ages 16 and up. He grew up in Jacksonville, Florida and returned after medical school to provide care in his hometown. Dr. Shah chose family medicine because of the expansive nature of the field and the strong patient relationships that it affords. He prioritizes nurturing the relationships with his patients so that health decisions are made jointly and based on shared goals. His areas of expertise include:

About Me

I moved to Jacksonville when I was in 5th grade and therefore I naturally developed a fondness for nature and all things outdoors. Specifically, I enjoy playing basketball, pickleball, walking the beach, hiking and swimming!

My passion for medicine stems from the long-term relationships that it allows me to develop with patients. I think the best way to nurture these relationships is to involve patients in their own care and to make decisions jointly based on the goals they have for their own health.
