Dr. Patel will see patients in a temporary office at Baptist HealthPlace at Nocatee until moving to our new Bartram Commons location, opening in 2026 off Race Track Road. Jagat Patel, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician who treats patients of all ages. He is from the small town of Oakland Park, Florida, and is deeply committed to preventive care, behavioral health and promoting health equity. With a background in medical education, he values building lasting, trust-based relationships with his patients. Outside of medicine, he is active in his community, enjoys sports, fitness, cooking and spending time with loved ones. His area of expertise has include:
