About Me
I moved to Florida with my family because we loved the outdoors—the beaches, national parks, and endless opportunities for adventure. Over the years, my wife and I have raised our two children in St. Johns County, where they thrived in the community and are now both studying at the University of Florida. In our free time, we enjoy hiking, exploring national parks, and discovering new spots throughout the state. We also have a passion for travel, both in the U.S. and abroad, and one of our favorite ways to spend time together is dancing. As a family, we have a long history of volunteering, especially through scouting programs, where we’ve been actively involved for years.
As a physician, I’m driven by the belief that personal connections are essential to great care. I strive to get to know my patients, understand their lifestyles and work with them to make health-focused decisions that encourage long-term habit changes. My goal is to help people achieve their best health with minimal medication by focusing on positive changes in daily routines and choices.
Community involvement has always been close to my heart. I have been committed to the Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts for many years, including time as a Cub Scouts chair for Troop 329. Together with my wife, I’ve enjoyed supporting our local scouting community, as well as the Girl Scouts, and volunteering in ways that help create strong, supportive communities for young people and their families.
