About Me

I immensely enjoy Jacksonville's natural wonders and beauty as well as its friendly, hospitable soul. I enjoy bike riding, walking on the beach, music, delicious food, traveling, art and painting. I believe that laughter is good medicine, so do not be afraid to bring your sense of humor to my office.

Often, I am asked what my DO degree means. Osteopathic medicine is a traditional medical training with a long history that also incorporates holistic care and osteopathic manipulation of the musculoskeletal system. It meshes well with my desire to educate and not just treat. By being a good listener, I try to establish the real needs of my patient so I can direct their care effectively.

I have spent time volunteering at the Sulzbacher Clinic, Volunteers in Medicine and several area health fairs. I have a special place in my heart for overseas medical missions and have even traveled to Ecuador for missions.
