About Me

After four years as a faculty physician in the state of Maryland, I moved back to Florida in 2009 to be closer to family. I have learned that what patients want most from their doctors is a relationship. They want to know about our own personal lives. They want to know about our children when they see their drawings on our walls. And we want that, too.

I believe strongly in cultivating these relationships with my patients. I focus on providing excellent customer service and the highest quality of care. I believe we as physicians must always look at our practices to see how we can improve. It is through a commitment to relationship-centered care that primary care will continue to show its great value to our healthcare system. After all, as Francis Peabody once wrote, "the secret of the care of the patient is in caring for the patient."
