Kiersten Prince, DO

Kiersten Prince, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician with a special interest in wound care and hyperbaric medicine. She has practiced medicine in Nassau County for over a decade and is currently serving as the medical director of Baptist Nassau Wound Care. She believes in treating the whole patient and healing their wounds so they may get back to their life. The people she serves are not just patients, but neighbors and fellow community members. About Me

After moving to Amelia Island in 2012, we fell in love with the area. My husband, a fellow physician, and our three daughters enjoy spending time together on this island paradise. We’ve recently added a giant dog, Bear, and a cat, Lynx, to our family. We enjoy traveling as a family to exciting places. I enjoy reading, specifically historical fiction.

My philosophy of care is to treat the whole patient. I not only consider their physical health, but their emotional, mental and spiritual health as well. Oftentimes, many of a patient’s ailments are connected, and listening to all of their concerns is of the utmost importance.

I believe it’s important to give back to your local and global communities. I am an active member of my church and teach children’s science there. I am also active with international medical missions work in Honduras and the Dominican Republic.
