Simone Reyes, APRN, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who developed an interest in cardiology during her work experience in internal medicine. During her time caring for patients at risk for or suffering from coronary artery disease, she recognized the fear and apprehension that often accompany a new diagnosis or symptom. Mrs. Reyes believes that empowering patients to make informed decisions about their care during these critical moments is of utmost importance. Her mission is to educate and ensure her patients fully understand their cardiac conditions, testing results, and treatment options in a respectful manner. Mrs. Reyes is passionate about the bonds she creates with her patients and finds joy in witnessing their efforts lead to positive outcomes.
