Shelby Augustin, APRN, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with nearly 10 years of nursing experience, both on the inpatient and outpatient settings. About Me

I have enjoyed living in Jacksonville Beach since early 2019. My husband and I participate in many outdoor activities, including surfing, running, hiking, snowboarding, water skiing and mountain climbing. In 2020, we started our family and now have two wonderful children.

My philosophy of care is to rely on evidence-based practice, listen attentively to my patients and keep their wishes in mind at all times. At the end of the day, my hope is to make a positive impact by helping my patients realize their ultimate health care goals and needs.

I am an active member at Ocean City Church, where I have volunteered for several community projects, including teaching inner city children how to surf. I am also a member of Northeast Florida Nurse Practitioner ENP network.
