Ovidiu Cruceru, APRN

Ovidiu Cruceru, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a fellowship-trained psychiatric nurse practitioner. He has worked in psychiatry in a multitude of roles for more than 10 years. He believes in advocating for patients to achieve their highest level of functioning and autonomy while taking a special interest in pharmacological as well as non-pharmacologic interventions for a holistic approach to mental health treatment. Mr. Cruceru is an advocate for mental health, as individuals are capable of best realizing their strengths and potential when they feel empowered and in a state of well-being. I have enjoyed living in the Jacksonville area over the last several years, primarily due to the friendlier climate than most other states. My passion for the beach and outdoor activities allows me to enjoy much cherished time with my family year long.

I believe it is important to give back to the organizations that have supported one’s professional development and to the profession as a whole to empower future providers in our important role of serving our community.
