About Me

I was born and raised in the Ft. Lauderdale, FL area. My husband and I, along with our four pups, moved to Jacksonville in 2017. We enjoy the change of seasons and all that the city has to offer. In our spare time, we like to go to Amelia Island, go fishing, be outdoors and relax at home with the dogs. We also enjoy watching sports like football, baseball and softball.

My philosophy of care is to use a body, mind and spirit approach in a welcoming environment. I am committed to listening to the patient and empowering them with evidence-based information related to their health.
