About Me
I am originally from Seattle Washington and recently moved to Jacksonville with my husband. As a former college athlete, I enjoy having an active lifestyle. My husband and I love being outside walking, golfing, biking or soaking up the sunshine on the beach. My free time also involves trying new recipes, reading and spending time with family and friends.
My philosophy of care and goal as a provider is to form partnerships with my patients as they strive to meet their health goals. I want to work side by side with my patients as a resource and guide for them, helping them to make informed decisions and offering evidence-based guidance along the way. I hope to create an environment of mutual respect and trust, where patients feel they are being heard and seen holistically.
