Jenna Spalding, APRN, is a board-certified nurse practitioner who has practiced nursing for 14 years. She started her career within the surgical trauma setting at a large teaching hospital. During that timeframe she found a love for patient education and optimization of health status; furthering her education to become a provider. Now she is working only in an outpatient primary care setting. Her areas of expertise include:

About Me
Originally from the West, I am embracing the First Coast lifestyle and everything that Jacksonville has to offer. I love to spend time on my patio reading a good book and walking my dogs. Other joys in my life are my family, cooking, and a good round of golf.
I am driven to provide patient education. It is essential that as the patient "you" are able to make informed decisions about "your" care. I am also open to commentary on alternative therapies, as this can be an important adjunct to holistic care. When patients are included in their care then outcomes are better.
I take the opportunity to volunteer within the school district and church community. These grassroots efforts are integral to building trust and changing narratives about health.
