Jamie Zernicke, APRN, has nearly a decade of experience in the acute and outpatient settings as a registered nurse. As a lead clinical care coordinator, he managed the care of terminally ill patients and completed his APRN training while working full-time. Passionate about patient education and evidence-based care, Jamie’s expertise in complex patient management and family medicine enhances patient outcomes across their entire life. About Me

I live in Jacksonville with my wife and 9-year-old son, and we love exploring new breakfast and brunch spots on the weekends. We enjoy visiting the Kennedy Space Center to marvel at the Atlantis shuttle and Saturn IV rocket. Outdoors, we bike, visit local farmers' markets, and hunt for the perfect seashells at the beach. When I’m not with my family, I enjoy reading, tackling home projects and discovering new coffee houses around Jacksonville.

As an APRN, my passion for providing care stems from a deep desire to build meaningful relationships with my patients. The foundation of excellent healthcare is trust, and I work hard to ensure my patients feel heard, respected and empowered in their decisions. Preventive care is a big focus for me, as I believe it’s the key to improving long-term health and quality of life.

I wholeheartedly work to support patient care beyond the clinic. My wife, son and I regularly participate in fundraising walks, especially the ALS Walk here in Jacksonville.
