Christina Howard, APRN, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Christina discovered her passion for nursing in high school being a part of Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA). She has worked as a registered nurse since 2012 and worked in Neuro for over 9 years. She is well experienced with Neuro patients and provides care to the most medically complex. Christina has held one of the leading nurse positions on the Neuro unit and has enjoyed taking care of and being a great asset to her team. Her areas of expertise include:

About Me

I was born and raised in Miami, FL. I am a first generation college graduate in my family. I moved to Jacksonville, FL in 2013 to pursue my passion for nursing. I've been a nurse for 10 years and worked in neurology for 9 years. I married the love of my life, my beautiful wife and we have a loving 8 year old daughter. In my personal time I love to read, spend time with my family, and travel.

What I enjoy about being an APP is connecting with my patient s at a higher level and being bale to advocate for them. Health and wellness is vital to every day living and I plan to educate my patients to live healthy lives.

During my time at Baptist I have volunteered at TPC, doing health assessements in the community, and being apart of PRIDE, Women, young professional, bold ERGs. I love being out in the community and try often to be available to do so if I can because it's so important to give back to the community.
