Amie Wilcox, APRN is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who has been practicing for more than two years in Internal Medicine and has 23 years of experience as a registered nurse. She is excited to join Baptist Health's cardiology team to provide excellent care to her community. Her vision is to advocate, educate, and collaborate for chronic disease management and health promotion within her community through shared decision-making and mutual goal-setting.

About Me

I was raised in southeast Georgia and the beach is my special place. My hobbies include kayaking, cooking and gardening. I have four adult children and it has been such a pleasure watching them grow into the wonderful humans they are. I love to cook and enjoy sharing my passion for growing food and preparing delicious meals for my family.

I enjoy empowering my patients to gain control of their health. As a nurse practitioner, I am able to listen, teach, and collaborate with my patients in a unique manner that promotes successful outcomes. I enjoy getting to know my patients and strive to treat each person as if they were my family.
