Meet the Board

The Baptist Physician Partners Board of Managers is physician-led, comprised of 10 doctors and five administrators.

  • Kyle Etzkorn, MD

    Chair

    Dr. Etzkorn is a board-certified gastroenterologist with Borland-Groover Clinic, and is Chairman of the Department of Gastroenterology at Baptist Medical Center.

    Dr. Etzkorn earned his medical degree from University of Missouri, and completed his residency at University of Illinois Hospital. He went on to complete his fellowship training in gastroenterology and hepatology at the University of Texas Health Science Center/MD Anderson Cancer Center, and hepato-biliary medicine at University of Illinois Hospital.

  • Jennifer Fulton, MD

    Vice Chair

    Dr. Fulton is a board-certified pulmonologist, internist and critical care specialist with Respiratory Critical Care and Sleep Medicine Associates, and is Director of Critical Care for Baptist Health System.

    Dr. Fulton earned her medical degree from the University of Rochester, completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Virginia and her fellowship in Pulmonology and Critical Care at the University of Alabama.

  • Timothy Groover, MD, MBA, CPE

    Vice President and Chief Medical Officer

    Dr. Groover is the Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of Baptist Physician Partners.  He is a board-certified anesthesiologist with Florida Anesthesia Associates. Dr. Groover earned his medical degree at the University of Miami School of Medicine and completed his residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital.

    In addition to his medical training, Dr. Groover holds an MBA from the University of Tennessee and most recently obtained his designation as a Certified Physician Executive from the Certifying Commission in Medical Management.

  • Paul Dillahunt, II, MD

    Dr. Dillahunt is a ​board-certified Cardiologist, Chairman of the Board of Directors for Baptist Heart Specialists, and is Medical Director of Cardiac Rehab. He previously served for 19 years as Chief of Cardiology at Baptist Jacksonville.

    Dr. Dillahunt eared his medical degree ​from The Ohio State University and completed his residency and fellowship at University of Florida.

  • Michael Erhard, MD

    Dr. Erhard is a board-certified pediatric urologist and Medical Director of Nemours Children’s Clinic, Jacksonville.

    Dr. Erhard earned his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, and completed his urology residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. He went on to complete his fellowship training in pediatric urology through the University of Florida, Gainesville.

  • A. Hugh Greene, FACHE

    Mr. Greene is President and CEO of Baptist Health.

    Mr. Greene holds a master’s degree in Health Administration from the Medical College of Virginia and a master’s degree of Divinity from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. He is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Wake Forest University, and a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.

  • Cam Greene, MD

    Dr. Greene is a board certified obstetrician/gynecologist and President of North Florida Obstetrics and Gynecology, PA.

     Dr. Greene earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia, and completed his OBGYN residency at the University of Florida Shands Jacksonville.

  • Ceree Harden

    Mr. Harden is Chairman and CEO of Harden, one of the leading insurance, risk management and employee benefits firms in the Southeast.

    Mr. Harden is secretary/treasurer of the Baptist Health Board of Directors and serves as Chair of the Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville Board. Mr. Harden earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Florida.

  • Richard Picerno, MD

    Dr. Picerno is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with Jacksonville Orthopaedic Institute and is Chief of Staff at Baptist Medical Center South.

    Dr. Picerno earned his medical degree from the University of Tennessee and completed his residency at the University of Florida College of Medicine – Jacksonville.

  • David Rice, MD

    Dr. Rice is Vice President and Chief Quality Officer for Baptist Health. He is a board-certified internal medicine hospitalist with Baptist Primary Care.

    Dr. Rice earned his medical degree from University of Florida and completed his residency at Orlando Regional Medical Center.

  • Edward Sim

    Mr. Sim is President of Physician Integration at Baptist Health. He has held several other roles in the health system, including President of Baptist Medical Center Beaches.

    Mr. Sim earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Boston University, his master of science degree from Albany Medical College and his master’s degree in business administration from Duke University.

  • Todd Snowden, MD

    Dr. Snowden is a board-certified otolaryngologist and practices with Baptist ENT Specialists at Baptist Medical Center South, where he previously served as Chief of Staff and Chief of Surgery.

    Dr. Snowden earned his medical degree at Vanderbilt University and completed his residencies at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Memphis.

  • Keith Stein, MD

    Dr. Stein is Chief Medical Officer for Baptist Health and Senior Vice President of Medical Affairs and Clinical Effectiveness.

    Dr. Stein is a board-certified anesthesiologist and critical care specialist. He earned his medical degree from Albany Medical College and completed his residency and fellowship at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.

  • Mark Stich, DO

    Dr. Stich is a board-certified family physician who practices at Baptist Primary Care Lane Avenue and serves on the Baptist Primary Care Board of Directors.

    Dr. Stich earned his doctor of osteopathy from Southeast College of Osteopathic Medicine in North Miami Beach and completed his residency at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Jacksonville.

  • John Wilbanks, FACHE

    Mr. Wilbanks is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Baptist Health, having held several executive roles in the health system.

    Mr. Wilbanks earned his bachelor’s degree from Pan American University in Edinburg, Texas, and his master’s degree in business administration from the University of Georgia. He is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.

  • Scott Wooten, FACHE

    Mr. Wooten is Chief Financial Officer for Baptist Health.

    Mr. Wooten earned his bachelor’s degree from Union College in Lincoln, Nebraska, and his master’s degree in business administration from the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio. He is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
